What are your shipping methods?

WHOOSH! Inc. primarily ships with Canada Post and UPS in Canada and UPS for US orders. If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it.

What are your payment methods?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?

WHOOSH! Inc. currently only ships to Canada and the United States.

What is the process time of each order?

All orders placed Monday through Friday will begin processing the following business day. Please note that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. WHOOSH! will ship within 2-4 business days after processing has begun. Please expect 4-8 business days for shipping to arrive. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays

I just placed an order online but have not receieved an email confirmation yet, has my order been recived?

You should receive an email confirming your order within 20-30 minutes of placing an order online. In the unlikely case you have not received a confirmation please email getclean@whoosh.com.

How do I know my order has shipped?

An email will be sent to you once your order has shipped, and will include your tracking number.

My tracking information shows as “delivered” but I don’t have the package and no notice has been left at my residence, what should I do?

Please contact your local carriers’ office to see if a parcel has been left for you; In certain cases, a parcel will be left with a local carriers’ office if the recipient is not available upon delivery. If you have not been able to locate the parcel after doing this, please email getclean@whoosh.com

What sales and duty taxes am I subject to when purchasing in Canada?

British Columbia – 7% PST / 5% GST

Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland – 13% HST

Nova Scotia - 15% HST

Prince Edward Island - 14% HST

All remaining Canadian provinces - 5% GST

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item what should I do?

Please contact us at getclean@whoosh.com as soon as possible after placing the order. In certain cases, if an order has not already been picked and processed through our warehouse we can look at making changes or before it ships.

What if my order is lost or damaged in the mail?

WHOOSH! Inc. is not liable for any damages incurred during transit; it lies within the responsibility of local carrier. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. WHOOSH! Inc. does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

What is the WHOOSH! Warranty Policy?

WHOOSH! offers a one-year warranty for manufacturer defects on all our products from the original date of purchase, as long as your product was purchased from an authorized WHOOSH! dealer. If you believe your WHOOSH! product is defective for any reason, please contact WHOOSH! directly by emailing getclean@whoosh.com for instructions on how to submit a warranty claim. Please note: This policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification, or purchased from any third party seller that is not an authorized WHOOSH! dealer.

What do I do if my WHOOSH! is defective or damaged in any way?

Please email getclean@whoosh.com so we can help you out, and remember to include a photo and description of the full item(s) laid out with something marking the area of damage.

I used WHOOSH! on my Macbook and it damaged my screen?

WHOOSH! is safe for all screens and cannot be held responsible for damage on Macbooks with anti-reflective screens that contain manufacture defects prior to using WHOOSH!.

How do I wash my WHOOSH! antimicrobial microfiber cloth?

Machine wash with warm or cold water with detergent (do not use fabric softener) and hang dry (do not use your drying machine), do not dry clean or use bleach.
