Orders & Returns
All orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day. Please note that orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. WHOOSH! will ship orders within 2-4 business days after processing has begun. Please allow 4-8 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery estimates do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
You should receive an email confirmation within 20-30 minutes of placing an order online. In the unlikely case you have not received a confirmation email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to change your order when possible, but cannot guarantee alterations in every case.
WHOOSH! is not liable for any damages incurred during transit; it lies within the responsibility of the local carrier. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. WHOOSH! does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
WHOOSH! primarily ships with Canada Post/ICS and UPS in Canada, and for the United States with USPS/UPS. If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
WHOOSH! currently only ships to Canada and the United States, except Hawaii. If you are interested in purchasing WHOOSH! internationally, please check us on Amazon official stores WHOOSH Inc.
An email with your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

General Product Questions
WHOOSH! offers a one-year warranty (from the original date of purchase) for manufacturer defects on all our products, so as long as your product was purchased from an authorized WHOOSH! dealer. If you believe your WHOOSH! product is defective for any reason, please contact WHOOSH! directly by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to submit a warranty claim. Please note: this policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification, or that were purchased from any third-party seller that is not an authorized WHOOSH! dealer.

WHOOSH! has been tested to ensure safety for all screens. WHOOSH! cannot be held responsible for damage to MacBooks with anti-reflective screens known to contain manufacturer defects prior to using WHOOSH!.
Machine wash in warm or cold water using detergent (do not use fabric softener), then hang to dry (do not use your drying machine). Do not dry clean or use bleach. Our cloths can be washed up to 50 times!
Our Screen Shine product is a screen cleaner specifically designed to leave your screen 99.99% cleaner than it was before. It is not a disinfectant but will help to remove germs and bacteria from the surface of your device with our antimicrobial treated microfibre cloth. Disinfectants often contain harsh ingredients that can be harmful to you or your device. We design all our products to be safe for you, your screen and the environment. While we do not claim to kill COVID-19, the best protection so far is to wash your hands. Also, because everything you touch ends up on your phone you should be cleaning that as well!
