How do I wash the included Antimicrobial Microfiber Cloth?

Machine wash in cool water separately from non-microfiber items. Please use your regular laundry detergent (do not use fabric softener), then hang to dry (do not use your drying machine). Do not dry clean or use bleach. Our cloths can be washed up to 50 times!

What can I use WHOOSH! on?

Our specially crafted formula is amazing for almost anything you may get fingerprints and smudges on. As there are no harsh ingredients, it will not harm any coatings on glasses or damage the display of your tech. Please ensure you are gentle with your screens, as some are more sensitive to pressure than others! While we do not recommend using it directly on camera lenses, it is perfect for the camera display screen. For nano-texture screens, our cloth is safe to use with very gentle pressure, and you may want to rinse the cloth directly out of the packaging (and hang to dry) to ensure all loose fibres are gone. For any stubborn marks, we recommend one spray directly on the microfiber cloth, and spot-treating the smudges to avoid excess moisture on the rest of your screen.Apple recommends infrequent cleaning because the micro scratches on the nano-glass could allow it to seep in and damage the screen, so we do not advise cleaning frequently. Please note that while this advice aims to help you safely clean your nano-textured screen, following the manufacturer’s instructions can ensure the longevity of your device.

What do I do if my WHOOSH! product is damaged or defective?

2. A description of the issue/damage

3. Your order ID/number

We are proud to source high quality triggers, but sometimes the delicate mechanisms can still break. If your trigger is broken, please follow the steps above so we can send you a replacement and you can get back to practicing tech hygiene ASAP!

How can I remove streaks?

WHOOSH! has been tested to ensure safety for all screens.

If there are streaks that you can't seem to get off, you may have overwhooshed! Since you only need a spray or two directly on the cloth, it's common to overspray your screen. This leaves the cloth too wet to properly dry and polish, and will leave residue on your screens. We created a video for this!

WHOOSH! cannot be held liable for any damage to screens caused by user-error or computer manufacturer defects.

OLED Cleaning

QD/OLED screens are highly sensitive and require specific care. To avoid smearing:

  • Turn off and cool the screen completely before cleaning.
  • Do not clean while the screen is warm as this can cause streaking.
  • Spray the cloth lightly, not the screen, you only need 1 or 2 sprays!
  • Wipe gently with minimal pressure and follow with a dry section of the cloth.
  • OLED screens are very sensitive - be gentle with them to ensure the best results.

Using excessive pressure, a damp cloth, or cleaning while the screen is warm may lead to permanent marks. We do not accept responsibility for damage from user error, so please use carefully.

Does WHOOSH kill germs and bacteria?

Our Screen Shine product is a screen cleaner specifically designed to leave your screen 99.99% cleaner than it was before.  It is not a disinfectant but will help to remove germs and bacteria from the surface of your device with our antimicrobial treated microfiber cloth. Orders & Returns

How long will my order take to ship?

All orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day. Please note that orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Please allow 4-8 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery estimates do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

I just placed an order online but I haven't received an email confirmation yet. Has my order been received?

You should receive an email confirmation within 20-30 minutes of placing an order online. If you have not received confirmation, please email getclean@whoosh.com.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, what should I do?

Please email us at getclean@whoosh.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to change your order when possible, but cannot guarantee alterations in every case.

What if my order get's lost or damage in the mail?

While WHOOSH! is not liable for any damages incurred during transit, we do our best to provide the best customer service possible. Please contact the carrier first if your order has been marked as delivered and you cannot find it as they have the most information to help.

What is your return policy?

For health and safety, we do not accept returns. If you are having issues with your product, please reach out to getclean@whoosh.com and we will do our best to help!

How do you ship orders?

WHOOSH! offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

We ship using a third-party fulfillment service. By doing this, we can ensure your orders are delivered correctly and on-time.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

First, you will receive an order confirmation after placing the order. An email with your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?
